This is a private home available to male BYU students and one mile from campus. The home has 3 additional students in addition to our son who is a sophomore; each in private bedrooms. We have filled 3 spots and are looking for a fourth. The home is recently renovated with new appliances, electrical, and central air and heating. Each private room has plentiful natural light. All rooms are on the first floor (the house does not have basement). The ideal fit would enjoy music and "chill" roommates. BYU students' majors at this location include music production, and biology (pre-medicine). We are looking for a responsible student who will care for our home and is looking for a private room experience. The two bathrooms would be shared. We can furnish the room upon request. One year lease with one month security deposit. Tenants must be male and be students at BYU or UVU.
