Close to school, lots of back yard space. Very large garage as well as covered carport. No smoking in the house or garage. Pets that are outside animals have only a single pet deposit inside pets need to be approved. We cover normal wear and tear on the house and require that you have renters insurance to cover accidents for your own property and to help cover costs of damages to our property. If tenant wants to update or upgrade parts of the property we can negotiate a temporary change in rent to compensate for labor. Please communicate all such desires first.
