    Fantastic home on a triple lot 120' wide. Backyard has a six foot privacy fence. Hurricane shook up the fence a little but it's still standing. The roof was replaced in 2017 and lost a few shingles but no water penetrated and has been repaired. Kitchen was completely remodeled. New cabinets, appliances and quartz countertop.
