Awesome pool and jacuzzi with lawn chairs, community ramada with grill and a gym. I've really enjoyed my time here, but things are shifting for me and I've got to go back to Florida earlier than expected. Lease agreement will last until February 2nd, after which you may sign another lease (minimum 7 months) or continue month-to-month for an additional $100 monthly if you wish. Base rent is $880, with the monthly total after mandatory fees/utilities is about $938. Awesome kitchen, super clean apartment, amazing closet with shelves. Lighting could be better, the bedroom doesn't have a ceiling fan. Everything else is awesome. Sheltered lanai area to relax and watch the rain and the kids play. One carport spot close to apartment. Cox internet available here, gigablast fiber 1000 Mbps doesn't work though, so up to 300 Mbps download if you want. Superb washer/dryer unit included!
