Nature lovers will rejoice at the sights and sounds of elk, deer, hummingbirds, frogs, and so much more. Off-street gravel parking for two cars. Cats are welcome, but, sorry, NO DOGS. Water/sewer and trash are included in the rent. Renter to cover gas, electric, cable/internet. No washer or dryer on site or hook ups. However, renter is welcome to use washer and dryer in landlord's home. The bathroom only has a shower, no tub. Note: Sorry we do not allow dogs other than service animals.
