A wonderful home, just need more room for a growing family with a home-based business. In the last 4 years this house has received a new kitchen, new bath, new carpet, new rock, and a new patio. This is 3 bedrooms up, with a room downstairs (need egress to be legal, being used as an office). We are trying to sell by ourselves simply because we would need to list it at 284,000 if using a realtor (which would be a little high for this market)
