Standard lease agreements may include six-month or twelve-month terms with automatic month-to-month renewal unless terminated by either party with a minimum twenty-eight (28) day written notice in accordance with Hawaii law. Month-to-month tenancy options may be available following completion of the initial lease term. Any tenancy terms shall comply with applicable Hawaii State and local Oahu rental regulations, including minimum occupancy requirements for short-term stays. Occupancy limits will be determined based on the size of the household and property suitability and must be approved by management prior to occupancy. Overnight guests staying longer than fourteen (14) consecutive days must be disclosed to and approved by the owner or property management.
