Looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo in Ko'olina. Preferred female, but open to all if the vibe is right. I'm at 34 year old working professional. 1 year lease ideal but may be open to 6-9 month lease for the right fit. Anything 3 to 6 months would be considered for $1600/month. Private room with own bathroom. The room currently has a TV for use and a dresser in the closet. Willing to furnish for the right fit! The rest of the condo is a fully furnished shared space with access available to all utilities. The unit has a washer/dryer. The community has a pool with jacuzzi and grills available for use and a community gym is available for your use if you sign up for a small fee of about $30/mo. Rent includes utilities. (Internet, Electric, Water, Trash, etc.) The unit has a stacked garage/driveway, but I am flexible with who parks where just depending on personal schedule, we've always been able to make it work. I have 4 dogs, two small and two big, so unfortunately I cannot accept any more pets at this time. Someone who is comfortable with dogs is a MUST as they are my babies. Stacked parking - just need to be flexible with each others schedules or willing to allow each other to move cars if necessary. :) 6 months to a year required.
