Our home at Hillside Villas in the Ko'Olina Resort is updated (carpet, paint, furniture, bedding, decorations, and appliances) to provide a cozy and comfortable stay in Ko'Olina. Enjoy the community pool, the close wonderful lagoons of Ko'Olina, and the many amazing places of Oahu. The 3 bedrooms and living area provide a soft landing for your family to recover from the day's activities, prepare for the next adventure, or simply recharge. Contact us for detailed availability and details on the use of the golf cart. We have updated and replaced nearly everything so it is fresh, inviting, and comfortable. As an end unit, we have additional natural lighting that interior units do not have. Our particular unit is at the end of the street and complex so there are no neighbors to the north, only mountain views. Though we are not right next to the pool (good for noise) we are just one building and 120 steps away from the pool access gate. Our kitchen is fully stocked with a full size range with 4 burners and convection oven, toaster oven, high power blender, hand blender, coffee maker, pots, and pans. There are place settings (plate, bowl, utensils) for 6 and at least 10 glasses so you are not always doing dishes. The colored place setting pieces are melamine and cannot be used in the microwave but they are great for an outdoor dinner on the lanai. Plastic cups are provided for the children or in case you want to take your beverage outside. Our Google Home mini-speakers are fun devices to provide information, music and entertainment. Ask "Hey Google, what is the weather today?" or command "Hey Google, play rock on Pandora". These also double as Bluetooth speakers. The living room and master bedroom have new 4k UHD SmartTVs. An assortment of family fun board games (Sequence, Rummikub, Farkle, decks of cards, etc.) are provided in the TV console in the living room. No smoking and no pets. Tenant is responsible for Hawaii taxes, electricity, and a $300 minimum end of tenancy cleaning fee.
