Cabin is on its own property with enough parking for 2 vehicles ( maximum occupancy is 2 )The neighborhood is quiet & peaceful. Bedroom is on the 2nd floor with a door that leads to a small balcony with Southpoint and oceanviews. Grocery shopping, hardware store and gas approximately 15 mins away. Cabin is off grid with solar power enough to run the mini fridge / freezer, water pump, lights, and electronic devices. Electric is included in monthly rent. Water is by catchment / water delivery and is included in the rent. Renter will be responsible for propane that is needed to run hot water heater and the cabins heater when needed. Renter is also responsible for cooktop butane gas for cooking.
