Also 3 larger panels run the inverter sleep area with 2000 walts for wifi, TV, computer, & security lights. Propane is for hot water heater & gas stove. 9,000 gal redwood water catchment tank. Soil & mulch has been brought in for extensive gardens. A few Fruit trees have been planted. There's a few other cleared hale sites or build a larger house. The Long House has cement fabricated ocean smooth rocks and a thatched roof. The bathroom shower needs some finishing touches. The buildings are built without permit and is sold "As Is".
