All you will hear is birds while you soak in the Jacuzzi! There are lots of fruit trees, berries, bananas, pineapples, etc. and gardening if you'd like. It is on the electric grid, has catchment water, cabled Spectrum high speed internet and TV, a cell phone antenna and amplifier but no land line phone. Use of a new flatscreen TV and bluetooth soundbar, microwave, modern washer and dryer, dishes, pots and pans, etc. are included. Care of a sweet cat is included so full time residency is required. A well-mannered, cat-friendly dog may be acceptable. Monthly rent is reduced from $1,200 to $900 to compensate for cat and yard care. Yard care will be limited to mowing which is fast and easy using my lawn tractor. Included in the $900 is basic cable TV, and high speed internet. Not included is electricity which is typically $60-$80 per month. Tenant must haul own trash and drinking water so a dependable vehicle is a must. A completed rental application with references as well as an interview, and a $1,200 security deposit will be required.
