Your windows are in the back of the building, looking out onto the garden. 5 minute walk to Prospect Park and Q, B, S, 2 and 5 subway lines. You are 20/25/30 minutes from Chinatown/Union Square/Times Square and 30 minutes from Brighton Beach/Coney Island in the other direction. There's also a bus you can take to Riis Park, our favorite local beach. We prefer one tenant but we are willing to consider two. Quiet is essential, especially from 10pm to 9 am during the week, a bit later on weekends. References required, as is a security deposit and first month's rent. 600 square feet of private living space (not including common areas). No smoking. Pets are a possibility if they are quiet.
