Looking to rent out one bedroom in a 3 bedroom apartment near Central Square in Cambridge. The renter would be taking over my one year lease for its duration, which ends in September 2015. Two other occupants in apartment are male, both in late 20's, both students. Renter would ideally be young professional or student in their 20s or early 30s. Renter would primarily share bathroom with 2nd bedroom on below ground floor, which is where bedroom is located.Apartment is located within 6-8 minutes walking distance of T (Central Square). Easy bus access in front of apartment. Street parking is plentiful for vehicles.E-mails preferred.
