The house is structurally sound, but needs major cosmetic work. The floors, ceiling, bathroom and kitchen all need renovations and repairs. New paint is needed on the interior and exterior. The porch needs to be leveled and new support beams in place. The boards could be replaced with new ones on the exterior of the home. The home was built with asbestos so that would need to be dealt with in order for the home to be livable.
