We have a home for rent in our Sunset Village Community in Hardin, MT! It has 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. This home is 910 square feet. Rent price for this home is $750/mo. First month rent + Security deposit due at signing for rental. This home is also for sale. Lot rent is $450/mo. There is an application and screening that is required. We do have to screen everyone who will be living in the home/community that is 18 years or older. The application/screening fee is $60/person. The screening will cover credit, residence verifications, criminal, and employment. We do require that tenants provide income that is 3x the amount of the rent. If approved, first month rent and security deposit is due at signing. We do allow up to 2 pets, however each pet must be under 40 pounds each (full grown).
