Hi, We have amazing Mines students renting our home who are graduating in May and will no longer need to renew their lease. We're hoping to find equally awesome students to rent our cute, historic home in downtown Golden. It's a year long lease with an option to resign. To note: We live in a separate unit on the property and have a very friendly puppy on site. You must be ok with a dog being in the shared yard, as she has a doggy door to go in/out of our unit once she's big enough. Property features: - 4 or 5 bedrooms (primary bedroom has two rooms divided by a shared bathroom so can be 5 bedrooms) - 3 bathrooms (1 private in primary, 2 shared) - Full kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of kitchen storage - Living and dining room are furnished (or not if preferred) - In-unit washer and dryer - Patio area with BBQ - Free street parking (Need to register with the city for free) Utilities: - Tenants pay for electricity/gas (Xcel) and internet (Xfinity/Comcast) - Owners pay for water, sewer, trash, recycling, compost Other: - Amazing location and neighborhood - Walkable to everything, including Colorado School of Mines, the Rec Center, downtown, the library, the bike path, Clear Creek, shopping, and restaurants - Located south of Hwy 58 and north of Clear Creek so you don't have to deal with tourist traffic along Washington - No smoking and no pets please Showings: Because students live in the home, showings will be limited and will require some flexibility. In the meantime, I will try to get better photos and a video. Please reply with preferred move-in date, how many people will be on the lease, and some detail about yourself/who all is renting.
