We are looking for someone to takeover our current lease at this beautiful complex. We have quiet neighbors and we adore this place - we are just looking for something closer to our workplace. BONUS of taking over our lease - it currently runs until August 15th, so it would be a perfect short term lease for a student looking for summer housing. There is the option to stay later, if you desire. The rent posted is the total rent we pay currently, including our pet fee and additional amenities for the property (amazing gym, pool, grill area for friends over, etc.) This complex welcomes large dogs, which is hard to find in Lincoln. We have already paid the deposit (including pet deposit) which would roll over to the takeover tenant.
