We have a one bedroom listed first and a studio in the same location on the ground floor, completely different suites so it is a multiplex. The Location is WONDERFUL, plus, both suites are newly remodeled and well appointed. Guests feel the hospitality of a hotel yet each suite is comfortable and private as if it is their own vacation home! The studio guests really enjoy the fenced yard with BBQ grill and the one-bedroom guests rave about the kitchen and entertaining areas... the guests love having their own driveway parking spot but what they all agree they LOVE the most... the LOCATION, so close to Vanderbilt Beach! ONE (1) BEDROOM SUITE: You have a sliding door to your covered patio which is screened and has a locking screen door. You also have a side yard and front patio area with lounge furniture. Your parking is directly in front of your yard and your entrance is private. The mango tree provides lovely shade and the BEST mangoes! You have a full kitchen with an ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven, microwave and beautiful marble counters and backsplash. There are two TVs with Roku, one in the living room and one in the bedroom (closet). This suite is turn-key with everything you need, from towels and linens to shampoo and conditioner. There is a shared laundry room with a stackable washer and dryer for light loads and each suite is stocked with cleaning supplies. STUDIO SUITE: The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, built-in low-profile microwave, marble countertop and backsplash, garbage disposal, built-in convection cook-top, large toaster/pizza oven, NEW barbecue grill with all NEW tools, dishes and flatware for all occasions for any of your three private dining and entertaining areas, restroom features a Bluetooth-speaker light/fan with blue and night light settings plus dimmer, all linens including beach towels, beach chairs and even a picnic basket.
