Well hello there, it's been a long time since I've been on the market, same owner since the house was built. Figuring it a good idea to dust things up a bit, we had most of the inside painted, updated some trim and installed new carpeting in the living/dining rooms and down the hall to the beds. Should probably tell you along the way we've recently updated things like the roof furnace and a/c, oh & the driveway windows kitchen & baths. People say wow this house has a fresh feel to it, pretty nice if I don't say so myself. The basement has a couple surprises like a cedar lined closet, bath & a semi finished rec room. Step out back & you'll find plenty of room on the concrete for a basketball game, a large storage shed & a huge 2.5 car garage. To spice things up a bit, we've decided to leave all of the appliances, right down to the big chest style deep freeze in the bsmt.
