Early morning and sunset views along the river are doubly awesome. As for the apartment itself, this is a nice, clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. It is a lower level apartment, meaning that there is another residence above it occupied by our mother/mother-in-law. The upper level residence is totally independent of this unit. You have your own private parking area. Water and sewer is included, as well as property wide Wi-Fi. The bottom line is that this is a very nice and fully functional unit in very good condition, and with lots of space, but see the pictures to verify that it meets your needs. We can provide this property furnished or unfurnished. Furnished is an additional $200/month. We can modify the bed size in each room to accommodate your specific needs.
