This cabin has too much to offer but let me start by saying VIEWS VIEWS VIEWS. It has beautiful mountain & lake views from the deck..probably some of the best views in the resort. The cabin is used an overnight rental by the owner and made almost 26K last year in rental income. Douglas Lake Resort offers lake access, boat ramp and docks included in the HOA along with a pool, clubhouse, and walking trails. The current owner has been very meticulous with the upkeep of the cabin ...replacing the deck and installing a new A/C system last year.
