Our cook's kitchen features locally roasted coffee and a French press to start your days, and everything you'd need to create a special meal. The appliances are high-end pro style Frigidaire Gallery stainless, for our more advanced cooks. The 3 bedrooms each have luxe cooling foam mattresses, and you can stream to Roku smart TVs. We keep it old school with an alarm clock to get you up and at 'em. You have your own fenced outdoor area, with private dog area, so bring your pet! Other amenities include full sized washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies you may use for longer stays. Safety is a priority, and we include a first aid kit (top drawer in our kitchen island) CO2 alarms, and 2 fire extinguishers. Guest access Walkscore gives this home a score of 83 (very walkable!). Included is one driveway parking spot, and ample safe street parking. We primarily sign temporary stay of 12 months or more (month to month after that is available), with corporate and insurance housing providers for their clients.
