newly remodeled 100% 4 years ago All appliances stove refrigerator dishwasher washer and dryer microwave above the stove. everything's four years old, two bedrooms, one bathroom. two car off street parking. The renter is responsible for all utilities I actually have propane for heat and water I have Renee kombi as the source I would prefer a no smoking I would permit a small animal like Pomeranian size or something like that dog-wise as well as the renter would be responsible for any damages it would occur during the lease I would have had taken pictures prior to moving date take pictures at the expiration of the lease if not renewable
