I'm re-letting my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Wrigleyville. Prior to me and my boyfriend moving in it was owned by an interior designer so there are tons of creative and personal touches and it is in the center of Wrigleyville 3 minutes away from the Addison red line stop. There's also a cute little room that we use as a reading nook. The rent is 1410 (a steal) and you would be taking over our lease which ends in April of 2022 and there will be an opportunity to resign! Move-in date would be the 1st of November. $300 application fee, if you do not get the apartment it will be refunded back to you. Counts as a move-in fee if you are accepted.
