A security deposit of 1 month of rent is to be paid upon signing the Lease. Tenant shall pay all charges for hook-up, connection, and deposit for providing all utilities and utility services to the Premises during this lease. No Smoking preferred. No automobile, truck motorcycle, trailers or other such vehicles shall be parked on the property without current license plates and said vehicles must in operating condition. Such vehicles may be parked in driveways or other designated parking area, if provided, or in the street. Tenant may not keep or allow pets or animals on the Premises without Landlord's written approval of the pet or animal. The following breeds of dogs are not allowed due to insurance restrictions: Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Presa Canario/Canary Island Terrier, Chow, Rottweiler, Husky, Malamute, Akita, Pit Bulls/American Staffordshire Terrier/American Pit Bull Terrier/Dogo Argentino/Bull Terrier/American Bully, Wolf Hybrids, or any dog that is a mix that includes one or more of the breeds previously listed.
