The 1st floor has a garage and 1 bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. It is the smallest of the three rooms but has a closet and can accommodate a queen size bed with dresser. It also has sliding glass door access to a small private patio. The 2nd floor has an open layout with the kitchen, living and dining area along with a large pantry, coat closet, half bathroom, and a small front balcony. The 3rd floor has vaulted ceilings and skylights that bring in additional light. It has a large linen closet, front loading washer/dryer, and 2 bedrooms which share a his-and-her double sink bathroom. Both bedrooms have large closets. The monthly rent is $2,600 and the tenant takes care of utilities (gas, electricity, water/sewer/garbage). Parking includes an attached one car garage. Beyond that, street parking is easy to find on the block, free, and no city permit is required. It is available starting May 16th. Move in costs are first month's rent, a refundable $2,600 security deposit, and a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee. It will have the carpets professionally cleaned before you move in.
