Tenant is responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. This is a no-smoking and no-pets property. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant maintains the yard. Tenant changes AC filter every 3 months. Tenants are required to obtain and maintain renters' insurance with the owners listed as also or additional insured. Failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form may result in loss of application fee or cancellation of lease based on false information. If you do not meet the selection criteria, or if you provide inaccurate or incomplete information, your application may be rejected, and your application fee will not be refunded.
