It is a furnished studio apartment with a good amount of room, just steps away from the Red Line, 151, 78, and 36 bus, a five minute walk from the Lakefront Trail, and an incredible variety of restaurants and coffeehouses. Close to both laundry and a Jewel Osco, this apartment is a cozy home base for anyone. All utilities except electricity and wifi are included in the rent, and I have an existing account with RCN that you can choose to go through or not, which would be an additional $50 a month.
