It's a nice comfortable upstairs furnished bedroom with a big private balcony for you with a bathroom next to the room. It's a very comfortable living condition, for someone who is independent. There is a patio downstairs for smokers and a shared kitchen you're free to use all I ask is you buy your own food! and a living room area also. I do have a beautiful elderly sweet loving dog named Molly so if you love dogs this is the place for you! She's extremely sweet and loves everybody! On that note you cannot have any animals as is custom with most people renting rooms. I'm looking for a person who does not have a lot of company. Thank you and good luck finding your special place! No smoking in the house there's a balcony in the bedroom you can smoke on and downstairs is a patio/smoke Room for you available at any time. No excess company. No Leavening food out overnight and open in the kitchen because it will draw bugs. Example leaving a bag of Chips wide open all night or pizza etc. no dirty dishes overnight.
