Back deck and large yard. The application process will begin after a showing and will include a fee that covers the application, credit check, and prior criminal/eviction check. Renter responsible for all utilities and lawn maintenance. Landlord will clean gutters seasonally. We prefer no pets but can include a non refundable pet deposit in the lease.
