It's been mostly newly painted and is waiting for a family to buy and love it. Neighborhood Description This cozy neighborhood is very family friendly and holds it's value very well. There are places to walk to such as a park, places for dining out as well as a local ethnic grocery store. So many people walk their pets and ride bikes through the streets. These things make it somewhat cozy like the city, yet with some distance between each other.
