Why this home is awesome: Highly desirable Ahwatukee Location Location is also amazing if you're into hiking / mountain biking. You're only about 600 feet from the back entrance to South Mountain Park's "Pima Canyon Trailhead" (see the last few photos) Recently renovated in 2019. New quartz countertops in 2020. New stainless steel appliances in 2021 No scorpions! Hopefully I'm not jinxing this but I have rented this house out for over ten years and even lived in it a bit myself and no one has ever seen a scorpion there. This can be a concern with some houses around South Mountain. Possible dealbreakers to consider before applying: The backyard is virgin desert landscaping so not ideal for dogs that need a yard or people who desire a green backyard. Great if you prefer minimal yard work though! The front driveway is very steep (see the photo of my Elantra). It can be difficult to use the driveway for parking because opening the door is difficult at that slope. Ideal for smaller cars that can fit in the garage. Garage is 19 feet deep so medium sized truck or SUV can fit but it's tight. Larger trucks and SUVs might need to park on the street and street parking can be difficult there. 12 Month Lease. First month rent and damage deposit due at signing. No smoking inside the house. Pets negotiable on case by case basis but would require pet deposit. Electric is SRP. Cable is Cox. Water is City of Phoenix. Washer/Dryer not included but there are hookups in the Garage.
