There will be linoleum or such put in the kitchen and bathroom. The ceilings are in good shape. The roof will be redone with metal. You’d have to get a washer over dryer set. There’s new doors to be put in the rooms, there’s new lighting fixtures throughout, the electric has been redone and just needs to be approved by the city. The siding will need to be redone but it’s in decent shape. The foundation likely needs to be leveled or whatnot.
