The home is NOT AVAILABLE for walk through viewing till after June 10. Available for move in June 15 or later. Please note this home NOT ok for larger families, 2 adults and max 2 children. Yard maintenance is an additional $35/month rent. We are good a good landlord responsive to tenant needs. The family who is vacating has been there for 5 years, and are moving out of the KC metro area. We do not allow large families. 2 adults and 2 children are the home limits. Small dogs or cats ok with additional $1000.00 pet deposit, payable over first 3 months in home
