I have a big commercial space on Brookline Blvd available for rent in late May/ June. It is being used right now for Mike Lamb's campaign running for Mayor. I would like to find a stable tenant as the Blvd is being redone and will be done in Novemember. This is a prime location and the Blvd will look beautiful. The building is right next to the Mazza Pavilion, independent senior living. Brookline is also one of the largest community's in pittsburgh. If you are interested, you are able to stop by and check it out while it is currently being used as campaign space for Mike Lamb-they have no problem if someone wants to come inside to look around.
