This house was built in 1904, though not much is known about the original owner, the home comes with all the provenance of its history since 1936 when Lucy and M. Hall McCallister moved to Redlands from San Francisco and bought the home now known as Villa Lucia. This home received it's Heritage Award from the Redlands Area Historical Society in 1984. The house has been lovingly restored and cared for by the current owners Neale and Michelle Adair since 2001. The house boasts four large bedrooms upstairs, each with their own bathroom which have been remodeled and updated while maintaining the historical nature of the home. There is one bedroom downstairs which is currently being used as an office. The grounds are a gardener's delight playing host to more than 100 mature rose bushes, and more than 10 fruit trees. The original Carriage house still stands on the homes property. A full size custom built playhouse, painted to match the Main home, now sits proudly nestled among the more than 100 year old Magnolia Trees. The homes large wrap around porch offers plenty of seating and space for relaxing among the roses.
