About the room: So much sunlight, bay windows with window seat, shared bathroom with skylight and bathtub. About the apartment: Large kitchen with updated appliances, amazing light, lots of plants, in unit washer/dryer, central air, patio with magnolia tree. About the neighborhood: ideal charming location in Shaw, walking distance to grocery stores (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Giant) metro and many bars/restaurants. About us: We are 2 women in our early 30s. We like to maintain a tidy, respectful, chill home with plenty of baked goods, patio drinks, and chill movie nights.
