Great place for a single individual or couple. Large area to play outback if necessary. Great shade tree and seclusion to sit under outback. We do cover water sewer and trash as well as maintain the lawn with this property. Pets are negotiable but add a $100 per head both on the deposit side and monthly rent side. A minimum of a 12 month lease is required.
