Great upper level that is well kept by tenants and landlord. Plenty of space inside and out and it is very affordable. Sublease goes until August 2017. Sublease is for one bedroom out of the three at $280/month everything except electric included. Two other ladies will reside there during the duration of the sublease. Looking for someone to sublease my room until lease ends August 25th 2017. $280/month for Wi-Fi, DVR TV, heat, water, maintence and parking. Only thing NOT included is electric which ranges $15-$20 per month depending. Dogs are allowed with no restrictions of size and breed. $100 extra pet deposit though just incase the dog destroys something. It is the upper level of a duplex and is only a few blocks from UW-Oshoksh. Two other 4th year college students, who are females, live there currently. This place is VERY nice for a college place and has a big bathroom, kitchen and livingroom
