I describe them as Grandma apartments that look great if you care to be a neat tenant and want a nice tidy apartment. Water is paid for but you pay all other utilities. The unit has laundry hook ups for the traditional white units not the stacked kind. They are in the bathroom. There is a small balcony for watching the stars. This is located on the back of the building. Dishwasher and disposal. The location by Costco in Lenexa is great for highway access and shopping. No gym. Not a party place. We want quiet tenants who want to work hard and come back kick back and relax. These are what is in the building. 12 month lease then month to month. Your first payments may be by check or cash but we are in the process of switching to online payment via an app.
