We have beautiful one and two-bedroom apartments. We have a large pool area and plenty of outdoor seating and tables around the deck. There are two areas for grilling provided in the common areas on both sides of the property. Also we have two laundry rooms located on either side of the property that are operated with an app. Each apartment has assigned parking spaces. We pay water, trash and sewer. Residents are responsible for Gas and Electric and Internet. Lease is for one year.
