The unit is furnished with all appliances: Range/stove, dishwasher, full-sized washer and dryer. This unit (apt D) is an upper unit, with an exterior entrance. There is a shared parking lot with plenty of parking, as well as free (non-permit) on-street parking. The apartment building is privately owned and operated by our small family business, Johnson Properties Laramie. Rent it $1260/month. All utilities (city, water, trash, electricity) are included in rent. Tenant pays WiFi/Cable. Pets are welcome in these units! No more than 2 cats per unit. Cats require a $10/month fee and a $150 pet deposit, per cat. No more than 1 large dog OR 2 small dogs per unit. Dogs require a $15/month fee and a $200 pet deposit, per dog. All pet deposits are HALF refundable. Security deposit is $1260, and fully refundable. At the time of lease signing, we require deposit(s) in full. We also ask for EITHER last month's rent OR 2 of your most recent rental references (in the last 5 years).
