Large bedroom located in 3rd floor sing family home. All utilities included. WiFi is 15 a month. Room has a bed only. Room is strictly for one person only. We have a child at home and can't have random guest in the home. Looking for a respectful individual preferably a student. No pets allowed in home. Lease is for 12 months. 1 month deposit and 1st month due once move in date. Room will be available sept 1st. Must have references and will have a backround/credit check before agreeing to rental. No smoking, no vaping, no guest, no animals. Any of these rules not being followed will result in termination of agreement. Renter will be responsible cleaning up bathroom once finished (as it's shared). Kitchen will not be used but microwave can be set up in room if needed. We also do meal plans daily for an extra charge monthly. (Mostly Spanish food)
