    Might have the house you're looking for. Home is situated on one quarter of an acre in a very affordable and desirable area of the NE Heights. It's a 3 br, 1.75ba with 1 car attached garage and big back yard with rear access for large shed and plenty of storage. Tenant screening service will be used to obtain full credit report, national criminal & eviction report for a cost of $15 when application is turned in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities Also, there is a $250 deposit for each pet and renter is responsible for repairs of damages caused by pets.
