Shared Amenities (with one other roommate, our teenager who is about to finish high school and is planning for college) A clean bathroom, a cozy living/lounging area with gas fireplace, and a convenient kitchenette for quick meals, coffee, and food prep. Shared yard and amenities- huge back yard area that includes patio, grill, flower garden. Storage area that can be utilized on a case-by-case basis. Laundry: On-site washer and dryer included (no trekking to a laundromat!).
