Moving to another city in August and need someone to takeover my current lease of a 1bx1b apartment. The lease ends in October, but tenant will get a special renewal rate at the end of the lease. The complex is a 2 minute commute to Chase (McCoy Building - 1111 Polaris Pkwy) building. The model has dark cabinets and dark floors as well. There is no unit above or below and the ONE kitchen wall shared is double insulated. I haven't had a noise complaint my entire 4 years of being here, which is why I stayed. Renter pays a trash fee. The lease ends in October, but the renter has the option to renew at a special rate.
