2 bedroom/1 bath apartment in the heart of Brentwood on the second floor of a two story building, so shared wall with only one other unit. I am walking distance to all the shops on San Vicente (Whole foods, CVS, coffee shops, restaurants). The main bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a full size futon. I use the second bedroom as an office so there's a desk in there as well. The apartment is ideal for one person or a couple. The apartment has all the amenities: 60' plasma tv, high speed internet (wired and wireless), a window air conditioner in the living room and a portable AC/heater in the main bedroom, and is fully furnished, including kitchen appliances, towels, sheets, etc. One covered parking spot available if you need it. The only negatives for the apartment that I like to share upfront... It's an old building, so the appliances are old (but all work), the carpet is very old and has a lot of stains (but is clean of course), the couch is old, the paint is old, etc etc. It's LA city living, so there is some noise from the street, there are random people who go thru the trash collecting recyclables at odd hours, some homeless people in the neighborhood, etc. That said, I've lived here for over a decade and loved it! This is a sublet for 3-6 months with option to renew for additional 3-6 months if both parties agree. No smoking. All utilities included! Small pets ok. Background check required.
