I am moving in August for personal reasons and will need someone to cover my lease from August 1 until mid-December, with the option of signing a longer lease or staying longer after this lease ends. I adore this space and the neighborhood: perfect for one person or a couple. Super cute layout that is relatively spacious. Walking distance to Wash Park, Whole Foods, Kentucky Inn, Wash Perk, several schools and much more. I've even been walking to the South Pearl Farmers' Market. Rent is $1150/month including utilities. You can also pay a little extra for an off-street parking space, but I've had no trouble finding parking on the street.
