My boyfriend and I have been living at this unit for over a year, but need to relocate to San Francisco because of a new job location. We have had no issues with the unit, beautiful apartment with lots of space, quiet, in unit laundry, air conditioning, heating, balcony with tons of privacy, swimming pool, and great neighbors. We need someone to take over the remainder of our lease for 8 months until August 15, 2019, where you will have the option to renew. We will work with Vittoria Management in signing over the lease. We will prioritize those who can move into the apartment earlier, as our preference is to move out sooner rather than later. Also, we can throw in all of the patio furniture shown in the picture if you are interested (we can also have it removed).
